Return Policy

How to Return an Item(s)

  • Download and complete a Return Request Form and send it to [email protected].
     
  • You will receive an e-mail with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) from our return department within 24-48 hours of submission.
     
  • Securely pack your return item(s) in a box or mailing envelope and affix the RMA # outside of your return package.
     
  • Ship your return item(s) to the below address using a local shipping service such as FedEx or UPS that provides a tracking number for all shipments to ensure delivery. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Return Policy

To ensure the best customer experience possible, Chefwear will accept all returns within 45 days of the invoice date. A Return Request Form must be completed in advance and sent to [email protected]. You will receive an e-mail with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number or RMA # and shipping instructions 24 to 48 hours upon receipt of your return request. Please use a local shipping service such as FedEx or UPS that provides a tracking number for all shipments to ensure delivery. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Returns will be processed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm CST.

Returned items must be in original unused condition, without embroidery or alteration. Product must be complete in the original packaging (Bags and Labels) and in RESALABLE condition. Items can not be worn or washed.

Chefwear will not accept a return of laundered items or those containing odors such as smoke or grease, pet hair, stains or markings. All returns will be inspected before a refund is issued. If the returned item indicates signs of the above use or wear our returns team will notify you in writing and NO return or exchange credit will be issued.

Clearance/Discontinued/While Supplies Last Items are not eligible for a Return/Exchange or Credit.

Please be sure to include approved RMA # paperwork with your completed return shipment to complete refund processing once received.

Download Return Request Form

  • Returns after 45 days - If customer returns product(s) purchased from Chefwear directly after forty-five (45) days, no credits will be issued. Chefwear will only accept and process returns within 45 days of the invoice date.
     
  • Returns without RMA # - A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) must be generated by [email protected] or by calling 1-800-568-2433 Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm CST. Any return received without an approved RMA # and return instructions form will not be issued a refund and will be returned to sender.
     
  • Items not purchased directly from Chefwear must contact the reseller for return; we are unable to accept returns directly if items purchased from third party.

Return Shipping

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping.
     
  • Mail-in returns typically require 10-12 business days to process.
     
  • Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of the returned merchandise.
     
  • Customers will be notified via email when the return has been processed and a credit has been issued to their original form of payment.
     
  • RMA approval will contain shipping instructions you must follow to complete return process.
